This Service Level and Delivery Disclaimer outlines the general expectations, limitations, and operational standards governing services provided by CodedClouds (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or engaging with our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms described below.

1. Nature of Digital Service Delivery

CodedClouds provides digital services that involve technical development, system configuration, design implementation, and integration with third-party technologies. Service delivery may be influenced by:

  • third-party platforms and APIs
  • hosting provider performance
  • client response time and approvals
  • external platform policies and algorithm changes
  • regulatory or technical limitations

Accordingly, all project timelines and service estimates should be considered reasonable projections rather than guaranteed deadlines.

2. Project Timelines

Project delivery timelines are estimated timeframes based on the agreed scope of work. Delays may occur due to missing client assets, scope modifications, third-party technical issues, or delayed approvals. CodedClouds shall not be considered in breach of service agreements due to these external or client-side factors.

3. Performance Disclaimer

CodedClouds does not guarantee specific business outcomes or performance results, including search engine rankings, website traffic levels, marketing campaign performance, advertising conversion rates, revenue generation, or user growth.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Many services rely on hosting providers, advertising networks, social media platforms, payment gateways, and APIs. CodedClouds shall not be responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, technical failures, or restrictions imposed by these third-party platforms.

5. Client Cooperation

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, supplying content/credentials, and reviewing deliverables in a timely manner. Failure to cooperate may affect delivery timelines and overall service performance.

6. Maintenance and Support

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, ongoing maintenance, updates, monitoring, or technical support are not automatically included with project delivery. Maintenance services may require a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

CodedClouds shall not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from system downtime (hosting), third-party software failures, security incidents outside our infrastructure, or misuse of systems by the client or third parties.

8. Policy Updates

CodedClouds reserves the right to update or modify this Service Level and Delivery Disclaimer at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
